Paparazzi Spa Policies & Forms
The following forms are required for services performed at our salon. When booking your appointment, your confirmation will include the required forms for completion. You must complete the forms in ADVANCE of your appointment, or it will need to be done as PART of your appointment time.
Welcome to Paparazzi Spa!
- *ALL Appointments, NO MATTER WHAT REQUIRE A $25 DEPOSIT. DEPOSITS ARE APPLIED TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, AND IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS PRE-PAID, IT WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT*
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Keep in mind if you arrive 10 minutes late, you will not be able to be seen. This pushes other clients appointments back, which is unfair.
- You will be subjected to be turned away, and a $25 fee will be assessed.
- Due to the nature of our business, appointments tend to fill up quickly and we want to make sure our scheduler is accurate when our clients want to book. When a client cancels or fails to show up, we can't offer this time to someone else, which is unfair to other clients.
- To avoid this, appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment start time will be subjected to a $25 fee.
- There is a $25 deposit required to guarantee ALL appointments. This deposit will go to the balance owed for your service(s) at check out. Deposits are NON-Refundable.
- Deposits will be forfeited in the event of a no-show/no-call/late call .
- If client doesn't show up at all and or doesn't call to reschedule or to make staff aware about being late, the card used to make deposit will be charged half the cost of the scheduled service.
- Deposits can be transferred to another appointment if you are late and we cannot take you, due to time constraints.-
- EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : THERE WILL BE NONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
- NO RECORDING, SNAPPING, OR FACETIMING, NO SOLICITING (THERE IS A THIN LINE)
- VIOLATORS SERVICES WILL BE DISCONTINUED, WITH NO REFUND
